Welcome to the Parker world. Back in my day of living and working in the Washington, DC, area, we had pretty good Quail hunting on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, and down in Southern Maryland. Getting permission to go Quail hunting seemed fairly easy after Goose season closed. Most of the while I lived there Quail seemed non-existent in the Old Dominion, but the last couple of Dove seasons before I retired and left, I was running into quite a few coveys in the Shenandoah Valley.
