In the UK, Teague has been absorbed by Westley Richards. In the US, there may be some fellow in MT who is still doing it. But I may be wrong on that.
In either case, the process is not cheap. Plan on well over $1000 to put Teague liners in a gun. This is probably why the idea failed. Too expensive on too many guns. Worth it on a Purdey or Boss... but for an average Parker?
