That's what I would like to experience and this is as close as I'm going to get.
Rich, can we bring our dogs? My boy Nash would kill me if he knew I went hunting with out him ![]()

Angel you would have to check with them but I would doubt it. In the past the plantantions use their own dogs and handlers. I know what you mean as Daisy goes nuts whenever I go into the gun room. She hasn't learned the difference between targets and hunting seasons but gunner never did figure it out either, they just know guns

Is a 16 ga considered too large of a bore ? Kind of like to try a new gun but if the rule is 20 or 28 ga I'll follow that too.....

I'll probably take the Venebles 16ga hammer gun so bring the Wesley Richards. What I think is frowned on is the auto 12ga. Bring your 28 skeet gun as well.

OK, I admit I'm out of touch with hunting prices but that seems scaldingly high. $750/day and your old lady doesn't even get to sleep in a bed? By the time you get with airport pickup, license, 'gratuity', and all the rest you'd probably be dropping $900/day. I just don't see the value in a $900/day quail hunt especially if you happened to have a teenage son or two who you were trying to involve.

What the heck does that mean??
This is all inclusive and a real bargain at $750/day to include meals, lodging, guide, dogs, staff, beverages etc. Is a $40,0000 DHE 28 a bargain? It is if you want one and have the $40K. This is 2014 and nothing is the way it was. You can hunt birds just as effectively with a $500 Remington 870 as you can with a $10,000 Parker. Does that mean you don't see the value in the Parker? I'm sorry you don't see the value in this and are more than welcome to stay home.

Rich, at 750.00/day all inclusive, this is a real good deal. The least expensive I found before you mention this was 950.00/day all inclusive but only 12 birds per day. Anything over that was an extra 7.50/bird.
