The value of a 12 gauge Grade 3 Parker is based primarily on the condition of the gun and if it remains in its original configuration, e.g., barrels have not been cut and screw heads are not buggered. Hi def pictures would be necessary for anyone to estimate a value on your friend's Parker.... having it in hand would be even better.
