William: any difference in sound between the two barrels should be carefully evaluated, esp. for a bulge.
Greg: reassurance is more...uh...reassuring when based on what is measurable. What, exactly, is 'plenty' of wall thickness? What is the length of the chambers? What are the full length bores measurements ie. is there any evidence of a bulge?
Not trying to be negative; just hope to help prevent on of these
