I'm sorry Mark but most NORMAL people don't use 8's and 10's for sporting clays so if you and Mills would like a big bore shoot then you can have one. More people have 20's vs 10's I'm sorry it's just the way of the world

Mike small bore meaning 28ga??

Rich has agreed that we will handicap the Double gun shoot at Drakes.
8&10 ga =-2, 12=O, 16ga =+3, 20ga=+5, 28ga=+10, +2 for a hammergun.
This is modeled after the upcoming habitat shoot in Pa. Hope this works for everyone.

Sounds real good David. Although I hate to admit it, shooting a hammergun is no real handicap to me.

I just got off the phone with Dan at Drake's and he will have lunch for Thursday and will have a course set up for true pairs. Shirts are ordered for those who requested them.

Only two weeks to go, warmer weather (for us northern folks) is on the agenda as well as a real good time. bring guns, shells, appetite and lets have some fun and burn some powder.

Six Days!!! I think there may be some "elsie" guns show up. I mentioned the handicaps(10ga=-2, 16ga =+3, 20Ga=+5, 28ga=+10 410=+15 :hammergun=+5,) and told them "elsie"'s we would give them one target for shooting an inferior gun 9 AM Thursday. True pairs in the afternoon, correct Rich? I am pumped!!
