It belongs to a friend of mine and we have been discussing about it changing from his home to mine and over a few glasses of nice blackberry wine last night I think we have solved that issue. Thomas

Can you post some pics of the stock and the checkering? The Ithaca's are a very nice gun esp for the cost. I have had two a grade 2 16 and a 4E trap gun both I traded off for something else. I never warmed up to the trap gun but I do miss the 16.
