Thank you all for your help and compliments. It was an unfortunate even that brought us together. My step father passed away and he left this to my me.
He was a "horse trader" and ended up with it shirtless before he passed. I was supposed to help him get documentation on it. He acquired it for the sole purpose of selling it. I'm not sure what I'll be doing with it.
