David, there is only about 2.2" between the existing holes. 3 3/8" would put them very close to the toe and heel.

I believe the London Guns pad has shorter spacing, maybe 3". Contact Mark Beasland for a measurement. I have a couple, but am not able to get to them. I believe the Repro No Shoc is 3 1/8 with small plugs, very useful for small guns.

Galazan's had similar Silvers pads, also Jostan and Hawkins pads, my favorites for vintage guns.
