Others can better reply, but look at bbl end of flats for abbreviations such as mod, imp, or skeet in, skeet out.
PS Up here we would say that is a wicked good deal.

yeah- not seeing anything like that- what I see on my barrel flat is what looks like a maltese cross (you can see it on the picture, left barrel), an x and an E also on the left barrel, you can just make it out in the picture- this site tells me it means this gun was manufactured - December 1936, and a barrel weight , 3 superscript 8 which I assume denotes 3 pounds 8 oz (you can't make that out in the picture but its there in the right hand barrel).

So- the only thing I can't figure out from the resources on this site is what the cross is.
