We usually go a couple times a year, once early spring on the AuSable and then later trolling on the big lake over in Ontario.

Bill,

That's another old favorite hat, though not nearly the age of "The Jones". It's a duckbill Filson I've had for 10 years or so, just getting broken in good actually. Nothing will ever replace "The Jones" my friend, you should know better. This one is strickly my fishing and occasional trapshooting hat. Roger hates it too.

Richard,

I coulda used it on that big one, the damn thing rolled right in front of the boat just before it got off. It was like a whale rolled there, it set up that much of a wake. What do you think a good load for big trout would be? If I'd have had the old 10 gauge loaded with about 2 ounces of #4......
