It is a very early E grade (2). That type of very minimal engraving is commonly seen on very early grade 2 guns. It is basically P/N engraving with a few animals awkwardly placed on it.

Charlie, have the seller measure the exact distance between the pins and report here. Maybe someone has barrels for the gun.
