Ed,
The LOP that you need can be achieved with a thicker recoil pad. CSMC makes a 1.5" pad that is in the vintage Silvers Style. That can be a temporary or a permanent fix depending on what you are going for. The extra stock he has may be able to be fitted to the gun without much trouble. There is a lot of variation in Parker frames, especially in the tangs. This can effect how well stocks can interchange. In looking at the other stock, look to see if it it is the correct style for a Parker. The comb and checkering are places to start. Also check in the guard area for factory numbers and markings. It should be stamped with a serial number and grade number. Maybe even a makers mark.
