Could be that a trojan rib was put on the VH barrels. Or a Graded Dolls Head was fitted to trojan barrels.
Confirmation of the barrel flat markings will tell you better. If they are marked with an OV, they are Trojan barrels. If marked V in a circle, then they are VH barrels.

Who knows what is going on with the screw broken off there. Many of us have sadly seen ribs tapped out for iron sights or scopes. But that would mean multiple smaller holes. Yours is one bigger one pretty far back.
If you are interested in some ideas for repair. This screw hole could be filled, either with weld, or another screw. Then finished down flush. And engraver could match up the matting lines over the finished down screw and then a rust blue would hide the repair pretty nicely.
