I was at a Denver show this morning. Small. Lots of black guns and such but included one stunning 12ga Trojan with more CC than I would think a brand new one would have. Not redone either. Mint original bbl finish. Very clean example. Never seen a cleaner one. Not a mark on the stock or bbls. $2195 I think it was. Colors were amazing. Amazingly we made it out the door without spending a single penny, which wasn't difficult considering that a box of 525 .22LR was $100. Magpul 30rd AR15 mags were back down to $22 though. Only other gun I liked was an unfired pre-series 70 Colt 1911 A1 that was absolutely gorgeous.... $2500.... I passed.

I wish we had seen that Trojan. I heard about a high condition Trojan at our show, but never got to look. We had an interesting conversation about Ed Muderlak's Trojan, but I forgot about the Trojan at the show after talking about Ed's gun.

Is it just my impression or are Trojans moving upward more rapidly than higher grades? I will freely admit, I've paid more attention to them recently. All I seee in shops are well worn examples, rarely smaller than 12s.

Do you know if he sold the Trojan. Do you have his name or know a way to get in touch with him?
Thanks
Gerald
