I have loaded several hundred Federal papers and they have all shot well and broke clays as well as plastic hulls. Five reloadings has been my experience. The best aroma has been with Bullseye and SR 7625. PB, Claydot, and American Select smell nice but not as nice as the aforementioned. The aroma of paper seems to complement their use in vintage guns. The problem is locating a good supply.
