If you measure center to center between the firing pins, we can tell you the frame size.

It measures 1.125" from center to center of firing pins. I have a #2 frame 12 gauge but the barrels are too large. Should I assume it is a 1 1/2 frame?

Pretty likely a 1 1/2 frame. Parker had stopped making a twelve gauge on a 1 frame by then (226XXX = 1928).

You guys are awesome. Thanks for the help. Is there a good place to look for a complete ejector front end or this going to be like looking for a needle in a haystack?

It will be a long search and will require diligence on your part but it can be and has been done. Good luck.

I was walking with Frank off our Skeet Fields when another of our group offered up a "project". I joked that it was a recoil pad and the rest of the gun needed to be built. I wasn't far off, a beautiful receiver with quite a bit of color but not much more than a shell.
Welcome Frank. CBaby |
