Jack the DAH of that 16 ga hammer gun is 3 1/2 in. I hope I have it done by the time
the Puglisi shoot comes around. JVB

My wife, who I thought didn't know a Parker shoot gun from a sling shot asked me the other day (with a straight face) "How many Parkers do WE own now". It was like she had a note book keeping track .JVB

My wife takes it another step by saying "If they're so valuable, we need to sell them."

How many times have I suggested that maybe a shooting man doesn't really need a wife? *shrugs*

My gal has no interest in the guns. She lets me cook. She will accompany me on a solo hunt from time to time, reads in the car, says she wants to make it easy for the first responders to find me rather than have to wonder where exactly I croaked in the field. We do get along famously. She especially loves to let me take the dogs for exercise all alone when it is -30 like today. I did get a couple nice pics though. Next is a night cap and another of my 25,000 days on the planet gone.

CHARLIE Did I do good, did I ?? Yep, well done girl

I'm a better cook than most girls I know except maybe my Mama. I can even sew up the holes in own socks and underwear. I've trained myself well for the old bachelor life I can assure you all.
