As for dropping a map/chart on the port side of a boat, you’ll have to explain that superstition to me. If I can’t wade in it I don’t go in it!!

I am getting the impression Mike would, in the presence of an old salt, drop his map on the floor on the left side of the boat. He would say that just to see the reaction of his victim, my kind of guy.
