Generally speaking, there are no records of the bolt and plate having been replaced because there was no charge for this upgrade.

To answer your question, the second barrel set information could either be in the original letter, in a later "repair" letter, or in neither of these.

To answer your question, the second barrel set information could either be in the original letter, in a later "repair" letter, or in neither of these. Repairs are generally in a separate order book, not included in the regular gun order book. It could be among the missing books.
