Maybe but they're mostly teenagers and young adults who think they are invincible. They climb over the rails to get a closer look and before they know it they are wet and dead.

I think I met you when Al Edge had the grand opening of his new gun building . Talked to you about engraving a Sika Stag on the floor plate of a bolt action . That would have been maybe 5 or 6 years ago if my memory serves .
