Todd, there are a few variations of "Laminated Steel" used in the making of Parker Bros. shotguns and were made by different methods. I have several Parker hammer guns with Laminated Steel barrels and it is my experience that the earlier guns of higher grade usually had the more ornate barrels than the lower grades of the decade or so before 1900. Only my $125 Grade (predecessor to the Grade 3) has the ornate Laminated Steel barrels as displayed in Bruce's pictures. Yours may never look as nice as the ones shown... or they may. Can you show us pictures of yours? The best place to photograph the pattern is in the area protected by the forend so show us that area please.
