Steve,

$10k for something special? Perhaps a once in a lifetime purchase?

How about something made for you such as Rich, aka C.O.B. had made for him or rather for his dog Gunner:

The total cost of Gunner's Gun was over $10k but not that much more...

Another affordable custom belongs to PGCA member Greg, aka Wild Skies. It is a wonderful AH Fox 20 gauge which was custom made for Greg for under $15k:

PS: Both guns shown were engraved by Robert Strosin of RES Engraving.

Yep, and well worth the price! Really fine Parker's are so much fun to own. If you don't shoot it you can just look at it...sorta like a trophy wife.

Thank you for the wonderful pictures and what a fine Parker! With guns like that around why would anyone want to spring for an English best? One can cost five times as much/more than this wonderful/classy Parker.

I own a really fine, but plain Fox Sterlingworth. A very, very nice shotgun! I'm going to google the engraver. I may just gussy up my Fox Gun.

Interesting concept... I've never even considered shooting my trophy wife
