Default Leader Material

Roger; Was that Umpqua Leader? I have never had a fish break a leader until this year; and they weren't big fish. I wound up cutting my leaders back to zeroX and 1X because I was losing so many nymphs on light hang ups.

Best Austin

In the Grayling area, go to Rusty Gates' Fly Shop and buy their hand tied leaders (Stiff Maxima). They're the best. Strong, and they turn over beautifully
