Great gun. The head of the stock looks like it is saturated with old oil. Soak it and the forend a couple days in lacquer thinner to draw the oil out and refinish with Bulls Eye shellac and linseed oil, then have the checkering recut. The oil will degrade the wood if you don't. That looks like nice wood.

Mark,
Nice find! The stock looks pretty high, what are the dimensions?. Also looks relatively unmonkeyed with too, the hing pin screw is an easy fix. Straight stock Parkers are great, and so hard to find.
