#13565 is the serial number mentioned in Kevin's article. He also mentions the same shipping date that you mention. Kevin can fill you in on the owner of the gun after him. I find it hard to understand why the seller of the gun did not identfy the gun as a Grade 5 since Kevin's article states that the water table is marked with the grade.
