The 1932 .410 bore skeet brochure only mentions VHE, that special boring that was developed and 3" shell compatibility. It goes on to state that you can have the gun made to your specifications. The image shows a half pistol grip, ST, and BTFE.
The 3-inch .410-bore shell wasn't introduced until mid-1933 with the Winchester Model 42. I suppose industry insiders beyond Winchester/Western may have known it was coming.

That date is from TPS. I just looked in the document and it has no date itself. Plus or minus a year or even 2 wouldn’t surprise me.

If you are looking for a Parker Skeet Gun one thing to remember and look out for are the DelGrego Skeet Guns. Their shop reconfigured many guns to be Skeet Guns including the Skeet In and Skeet Out stampings. I think it was Bill Murphy who once said the Delgrego's turned out more Skeet Guns than Parker did.

The most common Skeet Gun Configuration would be 26" barrels, stamped Skeet Out (right barrel), Skeet In (left barrel), double white beads, straight grip stock (checkered butt on V and G grade), BTFE (with reinforced lug), SST, ejectors and manual safety. There were variations from this list.
