I have a nice, all original 28" Trojan 20 ga. that is quail Kryptonite!
IMO, the Trojan is the gloriously unsophisticated sleeper of the shotgun world.
Elegance in simplicity, with the lethality of it's bore, and payload.
Easy to carry, and handles like a cue-stick. Doesn't need engraving to bag birds.

So very true and well said i hunt with all grades of firearms that i own as Parker's a G grade and a P grade are the highest levels that i have
I do have a couple of custom rifles with gorgeous wood on them and they go out to the field

And if you remember Edgar, I had that Grade-1 16 gauge T/A hammer gun that was deemed by expert collectors to be unfired.

John, is the guy in the picture your dad? Glad you decided on the original style Trojan buttplate on your restoration.

Lol, no. That’s a photo of Ernest Hemingway. Just framed it the other day and need to hang it on the wall.
