The Quality VH/VHE wasn't offered in 10-gauge until after the Quality PH/PHE was dropped from the Parker Bros. line near the end of the 1920s. Here is the VH/VHE page from the January 1, 1930, Parker Bros. catalog showing the extra charge for 10-gauge --

I suspect that most of the folks who were buying a Parker 10-gauge during The Great Depression would just as soon buy a higher grade, so 10-gauge VH-/VHE-Grades are quite rare.
