Thawed out the other back strap from the deer I cooked the back strap the other day . Got all the silver skin off and seasoned it this morning and back in the frig . Also cut up broccoli, bell peppers and an onion for stir fry . Then around 17:30 I started the stir fry and some Mac n cheese . Got both of them taken care of and seared the back strap on all three sides then backed at 375 for 8 1/2 minutes . And to no surprise it was tastey again !
