Another nice, desirable, gun. This gun is about thirty years older than your .410-bore.
Being of the earlier style 28-gauge it is built on the larger 0-frame (the 0 on the bottom of the barrel lug indicates this) that was a normal frame for 20-gauge guns and lighter 16-gauges. About 1912, 160xxx range, Parker Bros. introduced a smaller 00-frame for 28-gauge guns.

It would be nice to see a picture of the barrel lug to see if it has been updated to the 1910 style bolt and bolt-plate.
