I've owned the gun for 11 years, and this is the first time I've ever shot it. I did letter the gun last year. It states, the gun was ordered by E K Tryon Co. in Phil. Pa. on Jan 11, 1912 and shipped on March 21, 1913. It was sent to the Augest Leady Co. in Indianapolis, IN. Order book #85 lists it as an AHE hammerless , 16ga. with 28" damascus barrels choked RH cyl , LH mod. The order specified engrave pistol grip shield M W Kelly. The price was $225.00

It sings the old Prince lyrics "...this is what it sounds like when doves cry."

(You guys do know who Prince is...right ?)

BTW: That is an amazing gun !

How many of those RST 2 1/2" beauties did it take to down those birds ?

Yes, he stole a line from Destry -

He is now "The Artist Formerly Known as Prince"

. . . but he still won't use his 'real name' like Destry has reluctantly agreed to do.
