The store bought spatzel made wasn’t bad , but in no way was it as good as the spatzel you get at the Bavarian Chef in Shelby VA . Think I’m gonna borrow a friends spatzel maker thingy and try making some from scratch after I use up what I have . This same thing will most likely be tried with pheasant breast and quite possibly with quail breast down the road .
