Not at all surprised, John. In fact, if I know Lou that one was probably sold by the second or third call from his black book. Most likely exhumed from a very luxurious "closet" located somewhere between Darien and Greenwich.

It just seems to be an odd statement that someone was willing to pay more than the posted price, when no price was posted.
