Thanks for the replies! I don't believe its a Featherweight, although, I most likely would Not know the difference. However, there is the Number 1 stamped on it as well as the letter E.

That "one" stamping could be an "I" which would be the identifier for Ideal. E at the end of the serial number would signify Ejectors. Usually, in a gun of this era, and FW (for featherweight) would also be stamped to indicate the frame weight. You can also tell by the lock plate. If the plate has a rounded top, front end (where it meets the frame), it's a regular weight. If it's a right angle at that point, it's a featherweight. Check the L. C. Smith Collectors site.
