Certainly wouldn’t constitute an anomaly b/c both barrels could have easily been acquired from Regeant, upon request. You might consider asking the seller for close up and, clear photos of the barrel flats in order to study all inscriptions. I would also look at photos of the case to see if there are any filler blocks in place for both barrel sets b/c I highly doubt 2-barrel cases were made to accommodate two twenty-six inch barrels in lieu of the most commonly encountered two-barrel set comprised of a twenty-six and a twenty-eight inch set of barrels.

I have to say, I find it fascinating 26” barrels are considered sub-par to 28” barrels but, that’s just my viewpoint. It's entirely conceivable the person who originally ordered the gun preferred 26" barrels.

Good luck

*Edited to add: typically, a two barrel set w/a set of 28" barrels will include a small filler block for the 26" barrel so they don't slide side-to-side while stored in the case. (It occurred to me you may not be aware of that)

Thanks Scott. Seller says Sk/SK but probably means Q1/Q2. I will call him.
