I have a question.... I know "what else is new?"

A friend of my late husband just told me that I could not send or receive firearms through the mail without a License. Is this true? If so, how do I send my guns to a dealer for consignment?

You can send your shotguns to a FFL dealer what your friend is thinking is you can not receive a gun unless it goes through a FFL dealer
