More importantly... What is that 'wooden dowel?' behind the drop point on each side... a wrist repair? .

Miller and Jurjevic triggers are normally stamped with the name, so it looks like we're back to square one.

Yup, definitely a selector on the right - it didn't really show so well on my cell phone... and it's definitely not a Miller.
