Single trigger ID

I have no ties to this gun or any interest in buying it. But am quite curious about the single trigger and who the maker was. Any help would be appreciated. GI # 100822074 . Thank you again, Mark

It has the look of a Miller non-selective.

More importantly... What is that 'wooden dowel?' behind the drop point on each side... a wrist repair?

I would like to know more about the dowel myself.

The trigger looks like a selective type. Look at the right side in picture seven. There is a selector slide similar to a Parker type, but on the wrong side. The question remains "What type of single trigger is it?"

Is that not a selector on the right side of the trigger?

Miller and Jurjevic triggers are normally stamped with the name, so it looks like we're back to square one.

Yup, definitely a selector on the right - it didn't really show so well on my cell phone... and it's definitely not a Miller.

Infallable? I like the cheek checkering. A bit different

Don't think so as the selector was on the tang if I remember correctly.

Yup on the tang.
