QUESTION is a crimper that looks ok worth something in the50.00range. im talking about the old style roll crimper.has any body seen one of these old crimpers in the 8 gauge. some body posted these crimpers will work on plastic hulls what say yee... charlie

Charlie,

They work quite well on plastic. I've seen many a 10ga roll crimper for $10-20, but never an 8ga. Might keep a hull in your pocket and check any 10s you get your hands on, as they may be 8s. Most of the old style roll crimpers had no markings on them.

Good luck with the search. I'll keep my eye out for you.
