Brad, is that the same Elmer Keith Parker that was on display at the Boise Cabela's for many years?

Yes. It was in Julia's auction last winter, along with his Ithaca No. 5E 16-gauge and his Magnum-Ten No. 4+E both of which were originally the elder Chas. Askins' guns. Also, many of Elmer's rifles and pistols were in the auction. Got to fondle them all at the winter Las Vegas show.
