Would you say based on the marks that the barrels are definitely parker made?

Is that to say that there are guns around that are stamped with a 0 and are not 0 frames?

I had a set of Vulcan steel Parker barrels in 16 gauge that were marked as an "O" frame and were actually a "1" frame set. Those barrels presently reside on a C grade 1 frame gun.
