I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for their information so far. It does look alot like those LC Smith barrels. this gun has 30" improved cyl and full chokes. gun weighs a whopping 5lbs 12oz. best I can figure so far is it was made between 1893 and 1897 using the proof marks. I will try to get some full photos sometime. tom
