The code says nothing about "barrels" or "trigger guard". The code denotes the date and the fact that a repair was made. Any experienced Parker collector can tell you whether the barrels were cut or whether an error was made in the stock book entry or the transcription of the entry to the Serialization Book. A PGCA letter will tell you the true barrel length mentioned in the stock book. Forty bucks, no fuss, no muss. Send the gun to me. I'll tell you whether the barrels were cut.
