Took the old gal on my annual trip to Oregon to chase birds with an old pal from my Coast Guard days, and had a grand time. I'm guessing this is the first grouse she's taken in many decades, since she was built in 1903 and has Damascus barrels. She also scored a Mountain Quail, a first for me, too.
