First grouse in decades

Took the old gal on my annual trip to Oregon to chase birds with an old pal from my Coast Guard days, and had a grand time. I'm guessing this is the first grouse she's taken in many decades, since she was built in 1903 and has Damascus barrels. She also scored a Mountain Quail, a first for me, too. Good times.

Straight hand stock, splinter forearm, two triggers -- AND a Parker. What's not to love about that gun???!!!

My friend had a set of choke gauges, and the right barrel measures cylinder, the left barrel improved cylinder. It's an up close and personal affair.
