How do you keep the shells in the gun warm while you wait? You said you were shooting ITX BB shot, there are only a couple of published loads for it I have seen, one with PB and the other with Clays powders. Pressures were in mid to high 9000 range. I have never used ITX. I suspect since it is harder than Bismuth it will generate higher pressures. If there are published 12ga loadings for it you could use one them and be confident pressure would be less in a 10ga and further reduced by a roll crimp.
