I agree about the Trojan. It was and remains a great gun at a very reasonable price. A couple of years ago, I bought a Winchester Model 24 12 gauge for the same reason. While it may not be a Parker, it is in great shape, didn't cost me an arm or a leg and it is fun to shoot with reasonable quality. I've always called it the poor man's Model 21 Winchester. I hope I'm not stepping on any Parker toes here. I just enjoy shooting any old guns.

The idea of paying a visit to shoot an old 8 gauge would be a true highlight of my life. Thank you for the very nice invitation. I look forward to it.
