no, they are plastic hulls. I do have about 20 Winchester 28 ga paper shells(unfired), DONT KNOW IF THEY ARE WORTH ANYTHING or just shoot them.

I too, have several boxes of the old Win. paper 28 gauge shells, Harold. I picked them up @ a Lake of the Ozarks gun show back in the 70's, and still have them..! I can't bear myself to shoot them.
I do remember the smell of the Federal paper hulls I first used to begin reloading on an old Lee set. Nothing like that odor... Thanks! |
