I know of a 24" DHE 28 that had one but the wood didn't match the forend very well so I figured it was a restock. It's been restocked since them also.

I have a SSBP and trigger guard off a a BH trap gun made in 1898. Curiosity made me send in for a letter on it. The letter said it originally had a raised Monte Carlo stock so they were an option fairly early. Wish I had the whole gun.

The above photographed gun is not to be confused with factory work.

Brian, Is that cheekpiece applied to the stock, or is it a one piece construction?
